LIVE VIRTUAL WORKSHOP

YOUR BODY TYPE & YOGA

Ayurveda and Yoga emerged from the same branch of the Vedas; they are sister sciences and complement each other. Yoga’s purpose is to take us on a spiritual journey in a body free of discomfort. Ayurveda is India's medicine that recognizes the body, mind, and consciousness are interconnected continuously; they truly are one.

"A very useful yoga talk and practice; I learned today how to integrate eating habits with breathing and yoga to achieve wellbeing."
