In our in-person and online workshops, you will have the opportunity to learn and reconnect with your body and with yourself on a more profound level. You will gain a deeper understanding of your mind body type and learn to use the ancient wisdom of Ayurveda as a guide to reclaiming your wellness.

To be healthy, we must reconnect with all aspects of ourselves. Everything and everyone is interconnected. Ayurveda shows us the path to becoming more aware of this connection; ultimately bringing balance and well-being to our lives.

WHAT TO EXPECT:

In this workshop, I'll guide you to assess your current emotional state to identify and let go of possible blockages; and guide you on a journey to realize what you really want.

You'll do guided journaling exercises inspired by Vedic wisdom, soft body movement, breathwork and sound meditation.

This will be a gentle but revealing journey inside that will help you connect with your true nature and to a more meaningful purpose for the upcoming year.
